This page explains what Antking does with the information you send through this website. It describes what the site actually does — nothing here is aspirational.
Who is responsible
Antking Pte. Ltd. operates this website. For anything on this page, write to the address at the bottom and a person will answer.
What you give us
The contact form asks for your name and email, and optionally your company, the kind of help you need, and a message. That is the whole form. We use it to reply to you and to prepare a proposal if you want one — nothing else.
What the form records automatically
With each enquiry we store the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, the user-agent string your browser sends, and which language you were reading. Your IP address is held in memory for sixty seconds to stop one address flooding the form; it is not written to the database.
Cookies
One cookie, named NEXT_LOCALE, remembers whether you chose English or Vietnamese. Nothing else. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers on this site — which is why you will not find a cookie banner here. There is nothing to consent to.
Who else sees an enquiry
Enquiries are stored in a MongoDB Atlas database. Email alerts are delivered through Resend, and a short notice goes to a private Telegram channel our team reads. Those three providers process the data on our behalf. We do not sell enquiries or pass them to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 24 months and then delete them. If a project starts, the related records are kept for as long as the engagement and our accounting obligations require.
What you can ask us to do
Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it within 30 days, at no charge.
Changes
If this page changes materially we will update the date at the top. We do not keep an archive of previous versions, so if the wording matters to you, keep a copy.
